YOURGB was chosen to produce their annual spring conference, supporting the established conference during the day and delivering a bespoke gala dinner and awards ceremony in the evening. Our mission was to dramatically transform the space, transitioning it from a bustling conference space to an unforgettable evening experience.

Leveraging the venue’s existing infrastructure and production equipment, YOURGB seamlessly integrated tailored theming and décor. This included everything from engaging photo opportunities and bespoke installations to enhanced lighting, striking rigged decor, and interactive experiences. We also managed branded on-screen content and curated entertainment, all while providing crucial on-site support for awards logistics, talent management, and guest management. Our close collaboration with the venue and production teams allowed us to orchestrate a truly distinct and memorable evening.

In addition to the evening event, we were given the task of organising and managing the registration desk process, welcoming and registering 650 guests within an hour.
