YOURGB were delighted to support a returning Global Client with a special late-night celebration marking the final evening of Royal Birmingham Black Sabbath – The Ballet!’s national UK tour in Edinburgh.

Working in close collaboration with our client’s brief, we sourced and secured an exclusive venue to host an intimate after-hours gathering for the cast, crew, and special invited guests. The evening unfolded across a thoughtfully curated programme: a private pre-drinks reception at The Festival Theatre, a viewing of the ballet’s powerful closing performance, and a relaxed post-show soirée designed to honour the company’s final night on tour.

Alongside full project coordination, YOURGB delivered end-to-end event production management, including guest-experience design, entertainment scheduling and onsite oversight. Bespoke cocktails, seasonal canapés, and a beautifully tailored three-set performance by Tess Collins Music helped shape an atmosphere that was warm, celebratory, and deeply personal.

With a brief to craft a night that felt meaningful and memorable, standout elements included:
