Following a long-standing recognition programme honouring colleagues for their outstanding achievements over the previous year, YOURGB were delighted to once again be chosen as the creative and production partner for one of our long-time clients, TSB, to bring a refreshed and elevated celebration to life in central London. The brief was clear: craft an evening that made each winner feel truly special, valued, and celebrated—having been nominated by peers and selected by a specially curated judging panel.

From thousands of nominations, 100 exceptional winners were chosen and invited to London on 2nd October for an unforgettable experience: an overnight stay in a 5-star luxury hotel, followed by an exclusive celebration at The Lookout, one of the city’s tallest and most striking venues.

The event combined elegance with energy. Guests were welcomed into a world of elevated hospitality featuring live fashion illustrators, a saxophonist, DJ, and the charismatic magic of event host Ben Hanlin. From personalised touches to curated entertainment, every detail was designed to ensure winners felt recognised from the moment they arrived, resulting in an atmosphere filled with pride, excitement, and genuine appreciation.

YOURGB delivered full end-to-end event management, including venue and supplier liaison, theming and dressing, agenda planning, hotel and luxury transfer management, content creation, guest management, and live on-site production.
