The egg Women on Top Summit 2025 was an inspiring, high-energy gathering of over 300 women held at The Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh. The day was packed with powerful keynotes, interactive workshops, and space for connection, storytelling, and creative exploration.

YOURGB was delighted to be chosen by egg to support the design of this year’s event, with the objective being to elevate and differentiate both the proposition and the experience. YOURGB were proud to stand alongside the team at egg to champion their mission to uplift women in business across Scotland.

Additionally, our CEO Gilly Bain joined an esteemed panel on stage, discussing the reframing imposter syndrome and candidly talking through her own journey in business – fostering authenticity and connection among participants.

We were delighted to work closely with the egg team across all aspects of delivery. Our role included elements such as talent management, audience flow and logistics, entertainment, scripting, managing technical production, coordinating with suppliers and venue, Run of Show and event document creation, stage design and management, and asset creation and print to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
