Ooni reached out to YOURGB to plan their 10th birthday celebrations. This event was particularly significant due to it being the first time all employees would be together in the same room. YOURGB created an event identity which was used across all branding for the 2-day event including a bespoke guest website for attendees to access key event details and to register. The team also supported with overseas guest flight and hotel bookings. For day 1, Ooni hosted their first ever conference at the EICC where YOURGB worked closely with them, to ensure the theming, AV, guest speakers and food were all in place. The conference was received extremely positively by attendees who enjoyed the surprise opera singers, goodie bags and inspiring content. Day 2 followed with department meetings in the morning and one massive party at The National Museum of Scotland in the evening which hosted speeches, an awards ceremony, arcade games, vintage photo booth and a delicious 3 course meal. The dance floor was full from the get-go as guests danced the night away to a New Orleans style brass ceilidh band and DJ.
