YOURGB partnered with a Leading Renewables Company to produce a high-impact roadshow which took place across the UK, with a key focus on internal engagement. We successfully collaborated with the prominent renewable energy Company for the fourth consecutive year, delivering a carbon neutral and dynamic roadshow across two UK locations – Birmingham and Edinburgh. The events brought together over 500 team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on communicating and engaging the workforce in the business’s Critical Change Programmes. YOURGB’s comprehensive approach ensured a seamless experience with prominent attention given to carbon reduction via the utilisation of our Carbon Calculator to reduce carbon wherever possible through innovation and approach, whilst responsibly offsetting any unavoidable carbon to deliver a Certified Carbon Neutral Production. Along with designing the brand experience and managing all audio visual and production requirements, we developed a bespoke registration microsite for efficient delegate management, we secured captivating keynote speakers to inspire and challenge participants, and we partnered with the client to refine agendas to effectively communicate their company-wide messaging. To further enhance engagement, our team created a conference-specific VT showcasing the Company’s inspiring vision whilst highlighting key successful team projects.
