We were thrilled to again partner with our much loved clients at the St James Quarter to relaunch the highly anticipated Edinburgh Seafood Festival for its third year. Our team spearheaded the design, installation, planning, and production of the captivating Seafood Stage – this dynamic platform, with integrated live camera relay, hosted a continuous stream of engaging cooking demonstrations and masterclasses throughout the three-day bank holiday weekend.
The event enjoyed exceptional footfall with large retained audience numbers throughout the weekend. We featured renowned local culinary stars, including Teddy Lee, Sandy Browning and Rohan Wadke, alongside esteemed teams from Port of Leith Distillery, Duck and Waffle and Thai Express Kitchen and more, who showcased their talents using the freshest Scottish seafood and produce. The well-attended Seafood Stage became a cornerstone of the festival, providing a platform for local culinary talent and ingredients. The activation contributed significantly to the festival’s success, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of foodie delight for all attendees.
This year host Phil MacHugh joined us along with a special guest mermaid and a returning favourite – The Oysterman!
