YOURGB were delighted to produce a series of fabulous Christmas events and activations across 6 weekends in the festive season. Activations included a sparkling Christmas Window Box photo op installation, a magical Christmas Parade & Lights Switch On featuring Panto Stars and performers, Elf Adventures immersion, Sounds of the Season pop up music programme, Bridgerton Christmas experience and special Gift Wrapping Stations for large scale gifting..

YOURGB orchestrated the planning, design, and construction of the Christmas Window Box, giving the Quarter a festive touch and guests the opportunity to take their picture in this sparkly backdrop, and enter a competition to win a cash prize!

A Christmas Parade and Lights Switch On event was carefully curated and produced in collaboration with the St James Quarter Team. Crowds were wowed by the Parade lead by SJQ’s very own Stylish Santa, Edinburgh Panto Star Jordan Young, live Marching Band, Ballerinas and LED Dancers to the light switch on moment.

YOURGB handpicked Santa’s top Elves, who lead children through Elf School activities, Reindeer food making and magical Christmas stories, all within the quarter. 

YOURGB sourced and carefully selected a line up of Edinburgh’s finest musicians to fill the Quarter with the ‘Sounds of the Season’ and a “Bridgerton” themed Christmas. An evening of live music performances including some festive Jazz vocals and Soul & Disco with a Christmas twist was programmed and all talent managed by our team. Along with performances from award-winning string quartet, and Bridgerton Ballerinas who joined the Quartet for a spectacular performance. Guests took part in a Bridgerton-themed dance classes, orchestrated and managed by our team.

Lastly, in support of the Quarter’s charity partners, Edinburgh Women’s Aid and Health in Mind, YOURGB delivered pop up gift wrapping stations, where gifts were beautifully wrapped by professional Gift Wrappers, in exchange for a donation to these wonderful charities.
