Through reflecting on their own personal and business experiences, our incredible speakers will provide ‘bite sized’ talks covering Business Planning, Culture and Leadership. Through attending you will gain clear and concise action points that you can act on now, to help you and your business later.
The event will consist of a welcome and introduction, speaker 1, 2, 3, and then a panel session with Q&A at the end.

Poonam Gupta OBE (Speaker)
Chief Executive PG Paper, and one of the most recognised entrepreneurs in Scotland. Since arriving in Scotland in 2003, Poonam built her company from her kitchen table and worked it into a multi-million pound, international business. Poonam is committed to further building PG Paper worldwide and expanding into new fields of business. She is also equally as passionate about passing on her knowledge and experience to a new generation of entrepreneurs, and people in business.

Professor Donna O’Boyle (Speaker)
Registered Nurse, Law Graduate, Master of Medical Law and Ethics, and now Professional Regulatory Adviser to the Scottish Government. Donna’s personal and professional interests relate to the medico-legal interface, regulation and assurance and how we can learn and improve patient safety through the study of adverse events both in healthcare and in other realms. She specialises in searching for the opportunity to learn within every challenge and crisis experienced – and strives to empower others to do so within their working culture.
R Michael Anderson (Speaker)
Software Entrepreneur, Best-Selling Author, Speaker, Trainer, Strategic Advisor. During the early 2000’s Michael founded three software companies in California yet his lack of leadership skills caused both business and personal chaos. After almost losing everything in a lawsuit, he decided to focus on levelling up. After learning leadership from the best in the business, and earning a unique Master’s Degree In Spiritual Psychology, his companies turned around. His companies made the Inc. 5000 list and were voted the #1 Best Place to Work, and he won Social Entrepreneur of the Year. Michael works with Microsoft, Salesforce, and PwC teaching his positive brand of leadership to their executives.

Gilly Bain (Producer)
Director of YOURgb Events LTD and Committee Member of Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS), Gilly is an events and brand enthusiast, who has built her company around her own values – courage, empathy, ambition and kindness. Gilly’s field of study and passion was within performing arts – which resonates within her approach to creative event design, production and guest experience across live and virtual events. Gilly now finds herself asking – what else can we do now? During this event, Gilly will work with our guest speakers to share some of the answers she’s discovered.
